Westfield Nursery EYFS Framework

Our new nursery is located at City Walk, in the centre of Dubai. We genuinely believe that the nursery school environment serves a significant role in the upbringing of a child. Here, we would like to offer you an idea about the EYFS Framework of our Westfield Nursery school.

Let us first be clear about what the EYFS framework is. EYFS framework stands for Early Years Foundation Stage framework. The early years’ providers must perform their duties flawlessly to keep the children healthy and secure. EYFS Statutory Frameworkis to a set of standards followed by the nursery service providers to ensure the cognitive and physical development of every child from their birth to 5 years of age.

The primary motto of our EYFS Framework is to focus on the basic development of the human child. Our EYF frameworks are,

Communication Skill

We offer our children a linguistically rich environment that encourages the children to listen to and speak in more than one language simultaneously. We also take initiatives to increase the confidence level in a child in their speaking approach.

Cognitive Development

We always prefer our children to be liberal-minded and confident. We encourage them to build healthy friendships with their mates and respect each other’s choices. Here, the children learn how to behave properly. We accompany them in their emotional growth and personality development. We also help them to grow concentration both in studies and games.

Physical Development

We continue to offer the children opportunities to be active and agile. The children in Westfield Nursery School learn to develop their physical movements, coordinate with their friends, and control their gesture. We teach the children to lead a healthy lifestyle playfully.

Expression & Creativity

We give our children the scopes to experience different types of songs, rhythms, dances and movements. They explore different types of expressions and express those through creative ideas.

Literacy & Mathematics

Our children get access to a vast range of books to boost up their interest and enthusiasm. We encourage them to read and write in exciting ways. Children learn to identify numbers and patterns from a very early age.

An understanding of the Outer World

We encourage the children to understand the world and its nature from an early age through various types of exploration and observation of different places.
